Swifts Bakery 1893-2013, this year Celebrate their 150th Anniversary and introduce Bread2Bake.
Moving into Evans Easyspace, Ludlow, you will find the fifth generation of bakers, the new bakery is not a replacement but it is an addition to their three other outlets.
Popular bread making courses of one and two days will be held here, where people will explore both machine and hand mixing, the use of different flours and different ways of fermentation including overnight doughs, French polish and sour dough’s, also different ways of getting flavours into bread whether it be fresh herbs, pesto or potato and mustard sauce.
Swifts Bakery attend popular food festivals and cookery shows demonstrating their knowledge and skills on baking, im sure they will be a great hit on the Ludlow Eco Park with the daily smell of freshly baked crusty bread!
